We bought our engagement ring at the Diamond factory 2 years ago and I am still very happy with it. The quality is amazing, so good that we came back and purchased our wedding bands from them this month. Again, very happy with the quality and service. You get a free 1:1 consultation with either Luci or Brianna, and they will teach you everything you need to know about diamonds and metals. They will also advice you on the best options for your lifestyle. We are very happy with our purchases and would recommend the diamond factory to anyone.

Staff very helpful throughout the choosing and guiding of colour. Explained about clarity of diamond. Unfortunately didn't explain that a bezel ring doesn't have the same sparkle as a pronged ring due to gold all round diamond. Still a beautiful ring and will certainly be back for more purchases in the future.

I booked an appointment with Jemima a lovely young woman who was so helpful with her knowledge as I designed the ring myself she advised me on which was the best options for clarity on diamonds and durability on the band setting. It was a great experience to be able to see different options to try on so I could decide what I wanted on the finalised piece. I was able to track the progress on the ring as it was being made. The ring turned out absolutely perfect even better than I had imagined. Mansi was of great help on the day of collecting the ring as we wanted to get it asap it was lovely to receive a complimentary box of chocolates on Valentine’s Day
